The Role
We’re hunting for a Digital Operations Manager who’s both a tech-savvy hero and a pet lover at heart. In this role, you’ll keep our digital world running like a well-oiled machine and ensure our website delivers top-notch experiences for all. You’ll team up with awesome colleagues to keep our site performing at its best and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
Your Day-to-Day
*Operational Oversight: Lead and optimize our digital platform processes to keep everything smooth and scalable.
*Issue Management: Work with IT and Development teams to fix technical issues and implement site improvements.
*Analytics & Insights: Use your data skills to track performance, identify gaps, and provide insights to drive decisions.
What We’re Looking For
*Experience: 5+ years in digital operations within ecommerce.
*Skills: Proficiency in analytics tools, exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
*Communication: Clear and effective in explaining technical concepts to non-techies.
*Mindset: Strategic thinker who thrives on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
