Description
*Manage and maintain the company’s fixed asset register
*Conduct regular asset audits, ensuring accuracy and completeness
*Prepare and post monthly depreciation and asset disposal journals
*Liaise with other departments to gather information on assets
*Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts and audit
*Provide support on projects as required by the finance team
*Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards
*Deliver regular reports to senior management
Profile
A successful Fixed Asset Accountant should have:
*ACCA/CIMA Part-Qualified
*Proficient understanding of accounting principles.
*Familiarity with fixed asset software and systems.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
