Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Transport Compliance Manager to oversee compliance for our fleet of company vehicles, including cars and vans up to 3.5 tonnes. You’ll ensure our operations meet all transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities: *Manage compliance across our fleet of cars and vans (up to 3.5t), ensuring all vehicles meet transport regulations, driver hours, and maintenance standards.
*Conduct regular audits of driver logs, vehicle maintenance records, and safety practices.
*Oversee health and safety protocols in fleet operations, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
*Verify driver qualifications, licenses, and adherence to safety and company policies.
*Maintain detailed records, prepare compliance reports, and support external and internal audits.
Requirements: *Proven experience in transport compliance management, fleet management, or a related role.
*Strong understanding of regulations for cars and light commercial vehicles up to 3.5t.
*Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
*A full, clean driver’s license is essential.
