Service care solutions are currently working alongside a familiar law firm based in Bolton. They are looking for a RTA Pre-Litigator to join their expanding legal team.
This role pays a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 annually depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
*Handle a mixed caseload of RTA Pre Litigation matters from start to completion.
*Able to work under pressure
*Attention to detail
About you:
*Experience in working in a Road traffic accident litigation environment in a customer-focused role and a great understanding of the litigation process.
*3 years RTA/Litigation experience.
*Good communication skills written and verbal
