The key responsibilities for Payroll Officer are as follows:
*Ensure accurate and timely delivery of client payrolls to agreed deadlines.
*Input payroll data, run audit and validation checks, and interface data to General Ledger and Pensions systems.
*Monitor statutory payments.
*Process accurate and timely year-end payroll reporting when required.
*Manage payroll changes to time and attendance systems.
*Administer end-to-end payroll processes and auto-enrolment compliance for a portfolio of clients.
*Address payroll-related queries from clients.
*Provide first-line support for pay-related queries.
*Peer review payrolls for accuracy and compliance.
*Undertake general administrative duties and collaborate within the payroll hub.
*Build strong client relationships.
*Contribute to a collaborative, client-focused team environment.
