The ideal candidate for the PMLD Teacher role will possess:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in PMLD or a relevant special education qualification
*A strong understanding of differentiated instruction and individual education plans (IEPs)
*An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one before starting)
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
