A pioneering organisation in-between Bath and Radstock are looking to appoint an Operations Assistant.
Your new role
Duties will include:
*Build productive, working relationships with key stakeholders and other departments
*Ensure compliance with legislation
*Completion of KPI’s
*Deliver cost-effective services
*Participate in budget management and identify efficiencies and potential savings
*Support with recruitment, rotas and managing staff hours
*Contribute to Health & Safety for the site
What you’ll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have proven experience supporting the management of a large and varied team and associated rota development understanding. Additionally,
*Experience of working with budgets, identifying savings and efficiencies
*Proven experience of participation in recruitment, training, mentoring, development and performance management.
*Ability to assess and manage risk
*Able to build and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally
*Able to produce reports to show compliance
*Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence change
