Description
*Oversee all financial operations within the Accounting & Finance department.
*Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
*Develop and implement effective financial strategies and policies.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
*Collaborate with senior management to make strategic financial decisions.
*Provide financial advice and guidance to the organisation’s leaders.
*Develop and manage budgets and financial plans.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
*Professional accounting certification (Part-Qualified) (e.g., CIMA or ACCA).
*Proficient knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
*Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
*Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
*Ability to communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
Job Offer
