The Company

A Workday Implementation Consultant is sought by this world class international Professional Services organisation. Operating globally in all continents, this group has built an enviable reputation for delivering cross-border and multi-jurisdictional services across a broad range of business sectors, geographies & vertical markets, on behalf of a portfolio of corporate industrial clients, governments, and banking & financial institutions. A role currently exists for a Senior HR Operations Manager to support the continued development of this critical business support function, you will be seen as a trusted advisor to offer advice and implement changes.
Key Responsibilities of the Workday Implementation Consultant:
*Lead the Core HR processes stream, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from scoping to delivery, in collaboration with Centres of Expertise and HR Business Partners.
*Work closely with key stakeholders, including People Function teams, solution architects, and developers, to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure accurate business needs are met.
*Collaborate with HRIS, HR Operations Delivery, and project teams to develop process documentation and ensure smooth implementation of new systems.
*Ensure global consistency while addressing local/jurisdictional HR process needs in collaboration with the HR Compliance and Governance Manager.
*Identify risks, manage mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary, with a focus on data privacy and shared resources.
*Collaborate with HR Operations to integrate scalable service delivery solutions, including SOP documentation and training materials.
Skills & Attributes of the Workday Implementation Consultant:
*5-7 years of HR process management experience, preferably within large global organizations.
*Strong understanding of HR delivery best practices and the employee lifecycle.
*Proven project management skills, with qualifications such as CAPM, Prince2, or PMP preferred.
*Experience managing complex, multi-location, and multi-jurisdictional projects.
*Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational abilities.
*Strong communication skills, able to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
*Collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to handle multiple global projects and shifting demands.
*Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow HR, and familiarity with agile methodologies.
*High level of confidentiality, stakeholder engagement, and experience in global law or professional services firms.
