This role sits within our Private Sector FM business division that provides catering, cleaning, hard services, pest control, and security services to a wide range of prestigious clients, within the Venues market.
About The Role:
Join our team at the NEC Group Venues and help us provide the safest, most secure, and welcoming environments in the UK. As the Customer Experience Officer, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our visitors and colleagues, ensuring every interaction is memorable and positive.
The Customer Experience officer will be responsible for search and welcome operations at The ICC. This role is crucial in shaping the first and last impressions of our guests, combining safety with exceptional customer service
As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
*Offer a warm welcome to all visitors at The ICC Venue.
*Be the face of The ICC Venue.
*Provide a professional search provision to maintain a safe and secure environment for all visitors.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
*You must have the right to work in the UK
*Proven customer service or front-of-house experience.
*Experience working in events or hospitality.
*SIA Door Supervisor License (or a willingness to obtain one).
*A positive, can-do attitude with strong leadership and customer service skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
*Flexibility to work various hours based on event schedules.
