Are you a Project Engineer, Product Manager, Applications Engineer or similar from a windows or doors background looking for an autonomous, varied, and highly technical role for a globally recognised manufacturer?
Are you looking to be the go-to technical specialist, acting a the glue between internal departments and customers across the UK?

In this office-based role you will be managing the product portfolio for a range of windows and door products, liaising with the Sales team then coming up with solutions for the European manufacturing team. You will be involved with some design work, handling small and short-term projects, with these specialist products distributed to leading manufacturers across the UK.

Founded over 150 years ago, this family-run European manufacturer supply their market-leading specialist products into the windows and doors industry, working with leading manufacturers for decades. They pride themselves on their excellent staff retention rates, developing people’s careers through further training and progression routes with longevity in the business.

This role would suit someone who has a technical understanding of windows and doors looking for a fast-paced and engaging role where no two days are the same, as a product specialist involved in sales, quality, design and technical support.
The Role:
*Technical specialist on windows and doors products
*Liaising with the Sales team, customers, and European Manufacturing team
*Involved with design, technical support, sales and quality
*Primarily office based, some occasional travel to customer sites
*Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 5pm, finish 2pm on Friday

The Person:
*Project Engineer, Product Manager, Applications Engineer or similar
*Windows / doors background
*Some design experience (university experience applicable)
