Job Description:
This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a privately owned and highly reputable building services organisation on one of their high-profile contracts in the City of London. As a maintenance provider, who continues to be successful in the market, the company offers a great place to work, giving all the support and training required to help their engineers in their roles.
Considering an Electrical biased engineer, the role will be managing a commercial site and leading a team of 8 engineers, working day’s, 8-5, Monday to Friday. Day to day you will be responsible for log books, supervising contractors and other relevant paperwork as well as reporting back to the client of the sites performance.
You must be fully qualified in Electrical engineering, with at least five years commercial building services maintenance experience with the following:
Hours
*Monday to Friday
*08:00 - 17:00

Duties
*Organising on site engineering team with daily PPMs and ensuring the SLA’s are met.
*Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
*Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
*Organising subcontractors
*Completing logbooks and RAMS
*Reports
*Conducting client meetings
*Ensuring the account manager is kept up to date on a regular basis
*Liaising with client representatives in respect of corrective repair works.
*Permits to work Raise and close jobs on PDA’s as necessary.
Requirements
*City and Guilds qualifications Level 3 or equivalent (Electrical)
*Apprentice trained - desirable
*Building Services Maintenance experience
*Very Client facing
