Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:
*Basic salary ranging from £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience
*Bonuses
*Car allowance
*On Target Earnings of £60,000 - £75,000
*Fixed geographical area to work in
*Admin and Operational support including booked appointments and compliance

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
*Carrying out Residential Valuation Reports and Private home surveys – Level 1 and 2 Surveys
*Produce accurate property reports using market leading iPad technology
*Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
*Attend Regional meetings
Requirements for Residential Surveyor role:
*Experience as a practising Surveyor
*RICS Membership
*VRS registered
*Ability to provide excellent customer service
*Technical expertise in Surveying
*Ability to work in fast paced organisation
