Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Front of House / Team Assistant for a permanent role based in London. Responsibilities
*Coordinating the busy schedule of meeting room bookings
*Greeting guests and showing them to their meeting rooms
*Assisting with AV in meeting rooms as required
*Refreshing meeting rooms ensuring they are well stocked and clean at all times
*Providing support with team and business administration
*Managing incoming and outgoing post
*Booking couriers and taxis
*Ordering stationary and weekly groceries
*Assisting with events / managing events
*Supporting the Operations Manager
