Psychologist
Salary: £55,000-£56,500
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Our client, a leading mental health service, has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist to join their multidisciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled psychologist who is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of individuals with complex mental health needs, including those with personality disorders.
This role offers the chance to be part of a collaborative, supportive environment that focuses on positive outcomes and recovery.
The Ideal Candidate:
*HCPC registered Clinical, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist with experience in a forensic or clinical mental health setting.
*Experience working within a Personality Disorder Unit is preferred.
*Trained in complex therapeutic approaches such as Schema-focused therapy, Cognitive Analytical Therapy, and DBT is highly desirable.
*Passionate about working with individuals diagnosed with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
*Provide psychological assessments and therapy for individuals and groups with a range of complex mental health challenges.
*Work as part of a multidisciplinary team (MDT) to collaboratively develop care plans for service users.
*Offer training and supervision to colleagues, and provide consultation to teams.
*Contribute to the development and evaluation of the service, ensuring high standards of care.
*Conduct clinical research and present findings through conferences and publications.
