A private practice law firm in Liverpool is offering an exceptional opportunity for a Commercial Property Paralegal to join its friendly and respected Commercial Property Team.
Typical Responsibilities:
*Acquiring and disposing of leasehold and freehold properties
*Drafting and reviewing leases
*Conducting essential searches
*Performing due diligence, including enquiries and title investigation
*Handling utility company easements and property transfers
*Managing exchange, completion, and post-completion procedures and correspondence
Candidate Profile:
*Proven experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal
*Degree qualification
*Exceptional organizational abilities
*Advanced IT proficiency
*Strong communication skills
*Capability to adhere to strict deadlines
*Familiarity with various IT platforms
