About the Role:
Academics is seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Supply Primary Teacher to work with various primary schools in Heathfield on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for an adaptable educator who thrives in different classroom environments and is available for early morning calls for same-day placements.
Key Responsibilities
*Lesson Delivery: Step into primary classrooms at short notice and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support ongoing learning.
*Adaptability and Flexibility: Work across various schools, adapting to different classrooms, curriculums, and student needs.
*Classroom Management: Ensure a safe and productive classroom environment, encouraging positive behaviours and maintaining focus on learning.
*Collaboration: Communicate effectively with school staff to support continuity in student learning and to address any specific needs of the class or individual students.
Requirements
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in a primary classroom setting.
*Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
*Flexibility and willingness to travel to different schools as needed.
*A positive, enthusiastic approach and a commitment to nurturing student learning.
