Job Description:
Your new company
A national cleaning company with a strong reputation in the market is looking for a Cleaning Manager to oversee the day to day management of the cleaning staff based in York on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Your new role will be to ensure the cleaning operatives (40) are allocated efficiently to relevant sites for the day / week, you will be a good motivator and able to use your own initiative whilst working quickly and productively. You will take pride in the high level of service given to customers.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need a relevant background in domestic or commercial cleaning, have supervisory / managerial experience in the industry or a relatable sector. You will be comfortable overseeing 35-45 staff members at any one time, being able to provide constructive feedback when necessary. You will be able to motivate the team to provide excellent customer service at all times. UK Driving licence
