This role will involve developing CRM strategies, analysing customer data, and executing targeted marketing campaigns via Klayvio - so experience with this will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement CRM strategies.
*Analyse customer data for insights.
*Create and manage personalised email campaigns via Klayvio.
*Collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
*Monitor and report on CRM initiatives.
