Key Responsibilities: As a Researcher, you will:
*Lead and support research projects, ensuring high standards of practice and accuracy.
*Assist in developing evidence-gathering tools and methods.
*Conduct evidence collection through literature reviews, shadowing, and on-site visits.
*Analyse qualitative and quantitative data with specialised software.
*Draft analysis, briefings, and report sections based on thorough data review.
*Collaborate with research leads to securely store evidence and maintain documentation throughout projects.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
*Proven research skills, with experience in data gathering and analysis - gained through work or academic projects.
*Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
*Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
*High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
*Experience using specialist software for data analysis.
Desirable:
*Background in the education sector or previous experience in research.
