Financial Controller
Venn Group are partnering with a leading PE backed complex care provider, who are looking for a Financial Controller to join their team.
Location: London
Hybrid: 2 days from home
Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 pa (+ bonus)
Responsibilities
*Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the finance team
*Responsible for a team of 8 – Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant x 2, FP&A Manager, Financial Accountant, AP Officer x 2 and AR Officer
*Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
*Drive process improvements across the finance function
*Partner with operational stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business decision-making
*Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
*Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures
*Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
*Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
*Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors
Requirements
*ACA Qualified
*Previous experience working in Pracitce (ideally Big 4)
*Proven leadership experience within a multi-site sector such as Property, Restaurants, Retail, or similar
*Strong financial acumen and experience with statutory accounts and audits
*Ability to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency
*Excellent communication and business partnering skill
