Job Description:
My client is looking for an Internal Account Manager, who will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with their customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. You will play a key role in driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct both inbound and outbound sales calls with a positive and professional attitude
*Oversee customer accounts and develop strong, lasting relationships
*Seek out and capitalise on new sales opportunities
*Offer detailed product information and assist customers with their inquiries
*Accurately process orders in a timely manner
*Consistently achieve and surpass sales goals
*Work together with team members to support overall business objectives
*Keep thorough and precise records within CRM system
Skills and Qualifications:
*At least 2 year of experience in an office setting
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks efficiently
*Strong verbal and written communication abilities
*Confident and customer-oriented phone demeanour
*Proficient in office software and CRM platforms
*Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
