Property Manager
We are recruiting for an established and successful independent estate agency located in the heart of Hampstead. They pride themselves on providing exceptional service to their discerning clientele. They are seeking a talented and dedicated Property Manager to join the team.
Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:
Tenant Management:
Efficiently manage tenant relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Conduct regular property inspections to maintain high standards.
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors.
Enforce tenancy agreements and resolve disputes.
Financial Management:
Collect rent and ensure timely payments.
Manage property finances, including income and expenses.
Prepare and submit relevant financial reports.
Legal and Compliance:
Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations.
Ensure compliance with tenancy deposit schemes and other legal requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in property management, preferably in a similar high-end residential setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in property management software.
ARLA qualification (preferred).
A thorough understanding of tenancy law and regulations.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
