Job Description:
Space 8 Recruitment are thrilled to be recruiting for a Coventry-based client with an excellent reputation for treating their people extremely well and enjoying a very low staff-turnover.
This role is based at their UK Head Quarters in Coventry. This is a hybrid role, working from the office three times a week.
This company was established over 60 years ago and now enjoys a world-wide turnover in excess of 2 billion Euro and a UK turnover that grew by over 10% last year.
The Role
We are looking for an exceptional Sales Administrator with an "above and beyond" approach to their role.
Day to day duties will include:
*Negotiating prices with suppliers
*Arranging import and export of goods from Europe and East Asia
*Invoicing for projects
*Talking to customers on the ’phone and resolving queries
*Maintaining delivery and order sheets
What are we looking for?
All of the duties above can be taught to the right individual.
We are looking for is someone who is passionate about their role and who wants to provide an outstanding service to both customers and colleagues.
Specific personality traits should include:
*Fantastic communication skills, on the ’phone, in person and by email
*A meticulous eye for detail, someone who wants to get it right first time
*A genuine desire to help customers and colleagues
*A brand ambassador, who understands that they represent this business and so need to provide excellent customer service at all times
*Previous administration skills are vital
