Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator with previous experience in a similar role to work for a fantastic company in Crawley

Salary - £28,000 - £30,000k

DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
*Take calls to both existing and potential customers to discuss products, services, and opportunities.
*Provide sales and product support for a wide range of accessories
*Upsell relevant products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable accessories or upgrades.
*Arrange and conduct account reviews, run performance reports, and prepare detailed customer reports.
*Process orders received via phone calls and emails.
*Conduct regular calls to manage and update customer accounts, ensuring all information is current.
*Generate new sales opportunities by engaging in proactive outreach activities.
*Prepare accurate quotations and promptly respond to customer inquiries about products and services.
*Process incoming sales inquiries, ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively.
*Maintain the quality and accuracy of the CRM database by regularly updating and verifying customer information.
PROFILE
To be considered for this role, you must:
*Maintain a positive attitude and an open mind in all interactions.
*Exhibit a confident telephone manner when making outbound calls to customers.
*IT literate; a good understanding of Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel.
*Be a team player, as the role relies heavily on collaborating with colleagues.
*Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
*Ensure professional communication skills, both verbal and written, are consistently displayed.
*Previous experience in account management or customer service roles.
