Our client is a leading manufacturer in specialised passive fire protection products, seeking a Passive Fire Protection Site Specialist to oversee sites in the North West and Midlands region.

About the Role
Key responsibilities of this role would include but not be limited to:
*Inspect sites to ensure compliance with specifications and installation requirements, including taking measurements, photographs, and data capture, followed by detailed site reports.
*Liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors, designers, building control, fire engineers, and end clients.
*Provide toolbox talks to demonstrate installation methods for passive fire protection on live projects, particularly within external wall cladding systems.
*Support cross-functional teams in new product introductions and product development.
*Assist the commercial team (sales/specification) by providing informed advice on products.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
*Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
*Valid driver’s license, willing to travel as required for the role.
*Strong organizational skills.
*Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to comprehend complex information.
*Technically proficient with commercial awareness.
*Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of impressing and influencing clients.
*Extensive technical knowledge and hands-on experience in construction.
*Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
*experience overseeing fire protection projects across various sectors, with a comprehensive understanding of different construction methods.
*In-depth technical knowledge of passive fire products, including cavity barriers and intumescent materials.
And be in possession of the following:
*Solid working knowledge of Approved Document B (Fire Safety).
*A valid SMSTS
*CSCS Gold or Black Card
*IFE Level 2 or 3 in Passive Fire Protection
*Full driving License
