Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct risk assessments and safety audits across the site to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
*Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
*Deliver training and toolbox talks to employees, promoting safety awareness and best practices.
*Investigate incidents and accidents, ensuring corrective actions are taken to prevent future occurrences.
*Collaborate with management to drive a proactive safety culture across the site.
Qualifications:
*NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) is essential.
*Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
*Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
