Sales experience essential.
Main responsibilities:
*Assisting in Residential Sales
*Obtaining, collating and editing all marketing information for property listings, including photographs, video footage, floorplans and property descriptions
*Booking and conducting property viewings
*Making and receiving telephone calls
*Booking valuation appointments
*Social Media advertising
*Assisting with the administration within the office
The Perfect Candidate should be (or possess):
*Creative and have a flair for photography
*Excellent written and computer skills
*Confident speaking to customers on the phone and in person
*Work well under pressure, and with own initiative
*A high enthusiasm to achieve
*Local knowledge highly desirable
*Hold a full and valid UK drivers licence
*A fun and enthusiastic yet professional attitude
*Ability to work as part of a team
*Problem solving skills
