The Role
The firm is looking for a New Build Solicitor to join a busy team of conveyancers and support staff. You will manage a caseload of new build property matters from start to finish, including:
*Sales and purchases
*Equity transfers
*Right to buy
*Shared ownership schemes
*Lease extensions
The Ideal Candidate
To be considered, you should:
*Have significant experience in New Build property transactions
*Be capable of managing and supporting a team
*Demonstrate excellent client relationship skills, particularly with house builder referrers
*Meet fee income targets
*Take an active role in marketing and business development efforts
