Job Title: Employment Locum Solicitor – Norfolk
Location: Norfolk (Hybrid Working Options Available)
Experience: 3+ Years’ PQE
We are currently seeking an experienced Employment Locum Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE to join a reputable firm in East Anglia. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Employment Lawyer to manage a full caseload on a flexible, hybrid basis.
Responsibilities:
*Manage a varied caseload of Employment law matters from start to finish, covering both contentious and non-contentious work
*Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of employment issues, including contracts, dismissals, redundancies, and disciplinary matters
*Represent clients in Employment Tribunal cases and other relevant proceedings
*Draft and review employment contracts, settlement agreements, and HR policies
Requirements:
*Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in Employment Law
*Demonstrable experience handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
*Strong client management skills and the ability to work independently
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
