A German speaking Collections Executive to join the Collections department for a global embedded Financing Platform.

Description
*To provide a first-class service relating to the resolution of any non/under-paying customers
*Contributing to proactive telephone/email campaigns in order to achieve weekly collections.
*Referring to contractual loan agreements to ensure prompt repayment terms.
*Data input, accurately inputting data across multiple systems.
*Deal with ad hoc queries from clients / merchants such as resolving queries regarding payments.
Profile
*MUST BE FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH.
*At least one year’s experience with Customer Service/Accounts Receivable/Credit Control ledger maintenance
*Be highly reliable, organised and reliable.
*Have excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data.
*Entrepreneurial mindset, with strong work ethic and can do attitude.
*Team player.
