Description
As a Digital Marketing Executive your primary focus will be on managing and enhancing our UK brand presence while working closely with our Marketing team in Poland to support their own brand strategies.
This is a very hands-on, public-facing role; you will be supporting a busy sales floor to help them with candidate and client attraction across various markets, helping our Internal Recruitment team attract new talent to work for Square One, as well as creating internal and external digital content for use throughout the business.
Being a pro-active and creative problem solver with a love for data and analytics is a must. In this role, you will be responsible for the management, reporting, and performance of all company social channels and websites, suggesting and implementing improvements where necessary. A keen eye for detail, as well as good design/content creation skills is also paramount. Relevant industry certifications/qualifications are advantageous.
Responsibilities
*Brand presence: you will be responsible for the promotion of Square One’s UK brands across all social and digital platforms. This will include the creation of graphical and written content, reporting on performance, suggesting improvements, and managing reviews/testimonials.
*Social channels: you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all social channels, managing a content calendar, scheduling content, and providing best practice training to employees, while also engaging with other accounts to promote the brand.
*Websites: you will be responsible for ensuring all graphical and written content on our websites is kept up to date, adheres to SEO best practices, improves keyword ranking, and contains relevant meta data.
*Job adverts: you will be responsible for helping to ensure the quality of job adverts posted online is of a high standard and providing best practice training to employees to improve the quality of the adverts they post. You will also provide backup resources to our Business Support team by approving job adverts when required.
*Reporting: using SEMrush and social media platforms’ own analysis tools you will be responsible for compiling stats and delivering insights on website and social channel performance, competitor metrics, and suggesting ways to improve our brand presence/social channel performance.
*Graphical content: you will be responsible for creating graphical content for internal and external mediums, including presentations, newsletters, email campaigns, websites, and all social and digital platforms.
*Written content: you will be responsible for creating written content for internal and external mediums, including presentations, newsletters, email campaigns, websites, and all social and digital platforms.
*Onboarding and training: you will be responsible for conducting marketing inductions and best practice, and personal brand training sessions with sales employees, and ensuring their social profiles are updated and adhere to the company brand.
Technical Skills Required
*Extensive experience and knowledge of key concepts of digital marketing, popular social channels, and marketing techniques including SEO, PPC, social media, automated marketing campaigns and email marketing.
*Proven track record of marketing brands across popular social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok.
*Experience of utilising social media management tools (i.e. Hootsuite).
*Demonstrable experience of creating engaging graphical content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Canva and other popular content creation tools.
*Demonstrable experience of writing engaging content for use on social channels, websites, blogs, and marketing collateral such as company brochures.
*Experience of creating email campaigns using Mailchimp or other industry-leading platforms.
*Experience of reporting performance metrics across social channels, websites, and email campaigns, using relevant platform tools.

*Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google My Business
*Blogging (researching, writing, and editing)
*Adobe Creative Cloud apps
*Video editing and podcasting experience
Soft Skills Required
*Project management: proven experience in working with time-sensitive projects and meeting deadlines.

*Communication: excellent written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and the confidence to lead training sessions / inductions as part of the onboarding process.
