Job Description:
Sales Consultant - Heating Solutions
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £60k+)

About Us:
Our client is a leading provider of heating solutions including radiators, towel rails, electric heating, and underfloor heating for both the domestic and commercial sectors. Their team is at the forefront of delivering premium products to a wide range of clients, from developers to contractors, and they are now looking to expand their sales team.
The Role:
*Develop and implement targeted sales strategies tailored to the region?s market demands, with a strong focus on expanding the client base and driving revenue.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact to provide tailored solutions, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
*Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting, client meetings, and effective account management.
*Work closely with internal teams?such as marketing, product, and customer support?to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.
*Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to upper management, maintaining accurate forecasting to guide strategic decisions.
*Manage and mentor junior sales staff or territory representatives, fostering a performance-oriented culture and encouraging professional growth.
What We?re Looking For:
*Proven experience in the heating industry, specifically with products such as boilers, radiators, and underfloor heating.
*Strong knowledge of UK house builders and commercial M&E contractors.
*A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*Ability to manage both new business development and account management effectively.
