About the role
    ? Tendering, Quotations and Negotiations of sub-contracting packages
    ? Bid submission and management
    ? Site visits to establish and verify asset information provided as part of the tender documentation
    ? Evaluations of all effects of variations and design changes of all projects
    ? Preparation and submission of invoices
    ? Client and Supplier Relationship management
About the candidate
    ? Minimum of 5 years proven experience in fast track fit out (required) 
    ? Wider knowledge of the joinery and fit-out (beneficial)
    ? Used to site visits and client facing activity (beneficial) 
    ? Ability to oversee projects up to the value of £1 million
    ? Excellent analytical, numeracy, literacy and communication skills are essential
    ? Well versed in Microsoft Office suite programmes
