Finance & Operations Co-ordinator
Permanent
Based in Gatwick/London Bridge (hybrid 2 days in the Gatwick office & one day in the London office)
Up to £37,000 per annum

Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Finance & Operations Co-ordinator to join an expanding business in the London Bridge area on a permanent contract.
Your duties will include:
*Collaborate with the Operations team to understand and manage budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and efficient allocation of resources
*Analyse and present findings on the profitability of contracts and projects, providing insights to support strategic decisions
*Prepare annual uplifts for customers, variations to contract costs and agreements based on mid-cycle operational changes & CRM/ERP billing and budget entry
*Raise, approve, and manage purchase orders, working closely with the Operations team to ensure works are completed within budget and billing is accurate
*Prepare financial reports and summaries to provide visibility into financial performance and support decision-making
*Work closely with various departments, including Operations, to ensure alignment of financial goals and support business objectives
Key requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
*Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial management or a similar role
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
*Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel and accounting systems
*Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Proactive and able to identify and implement process improvements
