Responsibilities as a Remote Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker in Norfolk
*Lead Management: Receive 10-12 new build and shared ownership mortgage leads each week from trusted UK sources, including major shared ownership introducers and local Norfolk developers.
*Client Engagement: Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice, establishing rapport and guiding clients through the mortgage process. Aim for 1-2 successful completions weekly.
*Customized Mortgage Solutions: Deliver tailored, fee-based, or non-fee-based mortgage advice to meet various client needs, based on introducer requirements.
*Business Development: Proactively connect with new build developers across Norfolk to broaden your network, enhance your client base, and drive additional business opportunities.
*Efficient Process Management: Manage all new build mortgage inquiries promptly, creating a seamless experience for clients to secure their chosen property.
*Remote Operations: Enjoy working remotely with full IT equipment and support provided by the company to facilitate a productive home office environment.
What We Offer
*Competitive Package: Up to £29,000 basic salary (including car allowance) with financial guarantees for the first five months.
*Commission: Lucrative bonus & commission structure with OTE £55,000 - £65,000.
Who We’re Looking For
*A proven background as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker with experience in new build financing.
*Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is required.
*Must be located within Norfolk to serve the local client base effectively.
*Strong communication skills to build and maintain client and developer relationships.
*Clean credit history, with no previous complaints or disciplinary issues, is essential for compliance.
*Full UK driving license required.
