Location: Ashford
Pay rate: £14.93 ph
Job type: Full time, 37.5 hours a week, Mon - Fri
Key Responsibilities:
*Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, and minor repairs.
*Groundskeeping: Maintain the surrounding grounds, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing debris.
*Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
*Customer Service: Interact with patients, staff, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
*Emergency Response: Respond to urgent maintenance requests and emergencies.
