We are looking for someone with focus and good initiative who is looking to get stuck in to a Finance and Accounting Admin role

Description
*Assist in preparation of invoices
*Raising purchase orders
*Reconciliations
*Building strong relationships with stakeholders around the business and within the operation
*Running daily reports
*Dealing with query inbox
*Speaking to suppliers and getting things progressed
*Supporting finance manager
*Supporting the finance and accounting team
*Communicating with suppliers/customers via email and phone
*Producing ad hoc reports
Profile
A great candidate would have some of the following:
*Someone who is keen to progress a career in finance and accounting
*Proficiency using Excel and working with data
*A knack for numerical accuracy and detail-oriented work.
*Be able to multi-task and work well to deadlines
*Very well organised and can successfully prioritise workload
*Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
*At least a year experience within an accounts/finance admin role
*A problem solver
*Hardworking and enthusiastic person
Job Offer
*Salary of £26,000 - £27,000
