Job Description:
Our client is seeking a well-rounded Finance Manager with 3-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial operations, bookkeeping, and fund management, with a preference for experience in the cryptocurrency sector.
Key Responsibilities: *Coordinate with various business units to manage and optimize cash inflows and outflows
*Assist accountants with bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
*Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
*Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
*Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
*Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial partners
*Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures
*Monitor and report on key financial metrics and KPIs
*Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
*Stay informed about financial regulations and ensure compliance
Qualifications: *Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
*3-8 years of experience in financial management roles
*Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting
*Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
*Experience with cryptocurrency transactions and reporting is highly desirable
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Preferred Skills: *Experience with blockchain technology and crypto-asset management
*Knowledge of international financial regulations and tax implications related to cryptocurrencies
*Familiarity with DeFi (Decentralized Finance) concepts and applications
*Experience with financial risk management in volatile markets
