JH Partners is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our client’s team in the rapidly growing crypto sector. This role is critical in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, conduct variance analysis, and implement forecasting models specific to crypto market trends.
Accounting Oversight: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, technology, and legal, to support business initiatives and drive financial performance.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional finance qualification (e.g., CFA, ACCA) preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance management, preferably within crypto sectors.
Skills: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Extensive knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attributes: Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment. High level of integrity and professionalism.
Languages: Fluent English is necessary. Proficiency in mandarin is preferred but not a must.
