Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Bromley, BR3| Pay: £90 - £105 per day | Contract: Temp to Perm | Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our primary school in Bromley. This role offers a great opportunity to support young learners in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
*Assist the teacher in delivering lessons.
*Provide support to pupils individually and in groups.
*Manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive interactions.
*Help prepare learning materials and maintain an organised classroom.
*Ensure pupil safety during lessons and activities.
*Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN).
*Communicate with parents and staff to support pupil development.
Qualifications:
*Experience with children is desirable but not essential.
*Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
*Patience, empathy, and a commitment to pupil success.
*Dedication to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
