This major London based International bank are looking to engage the services of a professional individual who has acquired proven management work experience overseeing a Loan closing team specifically in the role of facility agent, security trustee and Lender. Managing a team of 5 duties will include:- Managing, coaching and steering facility on boarding to ensure completion of accurate and timely closing of the loan facility deals. Responsible for managing pipeline with the business areas for all Loan deal closing deals across the EMEA regions. Responsible for detailed facility agreement review to ensure the clauses as Agency, Security Trustee and Lender can be serviced with agreed processes, controls and system support prior to the bank signing executed agreements. Upskilling the team, act as escalation for direct team and the wider London Middle Office team, and supporting the front office with new products. Comprehensive benefits package is on offer.
