Requirements:
*Level 3 certificate in supporting teaching and learning
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with students and parents.
*Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
*Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
*Proficient in using technology for educational purposes, including digital resources and learning management systems.
*Patience and empathy to support students with varying learning needs.
*Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges in the classroom dynamically.
