Academics are currently working with an amazing Academy Trust who are looking for a HLTA for their mainstream Primary School.
Role Overview: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Croydon
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team. The successful candidate will be looking after a group of Children of 5 Children with SEN needs.
Key Responsibilities: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Croydon
*Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, providing support to teachers and students.
*Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and help with specific educational needs.
*Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
*Promote positive behavior and a safe, engaging learning environment.
*Support the inclusion of students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
*Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
*Ability to commute to Croydon
Qualifications and Skills: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Croydon
*Experience Teaching Assistant /LSA or relevant qualifications
*Strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational frameworks.
*Experience working with children in a school setting, preferably in a mainstream environment.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
*Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children succeed.
