Job Description:
Human Resources Assistant required for a busy, international organisation with head offices in Kettering, Northamptonshire.
Working within this well-respected and established company with worldwide industry links, the successful candidate will provide support to the Head of HR and and team on a variety of HR related activities.
Responsibilities to include:
· Supporting the recruitment process including liaising with candidates, managing agencies, preparing adverts, shortlisting, organising and attending interviews and , issuing appropriate documentation
· Taking responsibility for on-boarding and induction processes for new starters
· Managing, recording and tracking day to day absences
· Supporting on-site training and development activities
· Taking responsibility for the on-boarding and induction process for new starters
· Supporting the operation of an integrated HR and Payroll System
· Supporting the Head of HR as required
Applications are invited from candidates with the following qualifications, experience and aptitude:
· Educated to ’A’ level standard with previous experience in an HR administrator / assistant position
· CIPD qualification (or working towards)
· Experience of working with an integrated system
· High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
