About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Recovery Worker at our 5-bed crisis support service in Boston. This service is designed to provide short-term, high-quality support for individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. The focus is on understanding the underlying factors contributing to each person’s crisis and equipping them with tools and strategies for ongoing recovery.
Key Features:
*5-bed crisis service with a maximum stay of 7 days per service user.
*Designed for individuals aged 18+ under the care of Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust crisis teams.
*On-site parking is available.
*1 sleep-in shift per week, with additional overtime opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide empathetic, one-to-one support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.
*Assist service users in identifying triggers and developing coping strategies for ongoing mental health management.
*Work collaboratively with crisis teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
*Facilitate a safe, supportive environment that promotes recovery and wellbeing.
*Complete relevant documentation accurately and in line with service requirements.

*Experience in mental health, crisis intervention, or a similar care setting is highly desirable.
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with individuals in crisis.
*A calm, compassionate approach with the ability to handle challenging situations.
