Senior Residential Conveyancer - Gloucester
TSR Legal are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to join an award-winning, ambitious law firm that prides itself on delivering exceptional legal services. Based in Gloucester, this forward-thinking firm is looking to expand its conveyancing department due to continuous growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed conveyancer with 3+ years PQE and qualifications from SRA, CLC, or CILEx.
Key Responsibilities:
*Managing a diverse range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and equity release.
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
*Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
*Conducting property searches, due diligence, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and SDLT requirements.
*Handling unregistered properties and other complex conveyancing issues.
Essential Skills and Experience:
*A minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
*Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures.
*Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in case management systems.
