Up to £900 per day (Inside IR35 - Umbrella)

My client is an Insurer who require a Programme Manager with previous Insurance industry experience, process optimisation (simplification, harmonisation, automation and/or standardisation) and working knowledge of Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) to join a business-critical Programme.

Key Requirements:
*Demonstrable experience working as a Programme Manager within the Insurance industry (Commercial Lines ideal) providing a layer of oversight.
*Experience managing large, cross functional teams in geographically dispersed functions (i.e. EMEA / APAC / Global etc.)
*The ability to harmonise, standardise, simplify and where required automate existing as well as identified new processes.
*Previous experience with Enterprise Shared Services (ESS).
*Excellent task configuration, planning, cost improvement and risk management skills.
*Track record of successfully leading Transformation Programmes as a Programme Manager, with the use of tools such as Visio, Lucidchart etc.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (up to and including C Level stakeholders).
*Sensitivity to Change Management principles and practices.
Nice to have:
*Lean Six Sigma / Prosci Certification
*Ability to speak multiple languages
*Immediate availability
*Knowledge of AI and related technology
