We are seeking an Accountant/Bookkeeper to become an essential part of our expanding team. In this pivotal position, you will assist our clients by maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records while ensuring compliance with tax laws. Key Responsibilities:

*Complete VAT returns using multiple accounting software platforms
*Assist clients with Personal Tax return preparation
*Prepare and compile accounts for final submission
*Communicate tax obligations and financial information to clients by phone, email, or face-to-face meetings
*Meet all tax filing and submission deadlines
*Collaborate closely with clients, delivering top-notch service and addressing queries related to accounting and bookkeeping
Qualifications:
*Prior experience in a similar role, particularly with year-end account preparation
*Competency in accounting software (such as Iris, Xero, Excel, Sage is a plus)
*Strong communication abilities and a professional, friendly phone demeanor
*Capability to work autonomously
