Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting the Director
*Processing expenses
*Managing day-to-day operations
*Handling confidential matters
*Attending board meetings
*Negotiating with suppliers
*Performing various ad-hoc tasks as required.

*Flexibility to work outside of standard office hours when required.

*Ability to attend board meetings and provide effective support as needed.
*A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
